O2 is one of the biggest Telecom companies from the United kingdom. We assisted O2 to optimize their online services in the Netherlands. Therefore we analyzed their corporate website in the Netherlands on web usability. This resulted in a rapport with recommendations and suggestions for optimizing their online services to Dutch clients. After this O2 asked us to do a market survey of all websites from telecom companies in the Netherlands.
TNO is the biggest innovation and research institute of the Netherlands. TNO asked us to optimize their website. This resulted in an advice to develop a complete new website and Content management system (CMS). After intern research and listing the wishes of the five divisions we developed an new digital strategy what resulted in two new websites based on one design and maintainable with one CMS. Instead of buying a CMS we build a third website (backbone) to upload the content to the two strategic websites. The whole project took less than one year.
LTO is the main organization for the Dutch agriculture sector. Their main communication instrument is the weekly magazine Nieuwe Oogst. LTO asked us to develop a strategy and concept for a digital version of their magazine. Main goal was to create a concept that increased revenue for as well the magazine as the website.
TotalJobs is one of the digital products of Reed Elsevier. Reed Elsevier started this service first in the United Kingdom. After that they wanted to launch the website in the Netherlands. TotalJobs asked us to do usability research before the launch of Dutch website. We also analyzed the websites of other Dutch websites and compared them to the TotalJobs website.
Leiden is one of the big cities in the Netherlands. Leiden wanted to increase their digital services to their community. To realize that goal they asked us to support them to create a digital strategy and a concept. The website was connected with different systems in the backbone.
